Indemnity Waiver and Medical Forms to be signed and emailed to Hazelwood Lodge, before lessons commencement of lessons, camps or other activities. 

 

Term fees must be paid within first 2 weeks term (or will be calculated singularly @$80/lesson).

 

Helmets to be worn at all times, while handling horses.

 

Appropriate footwear at all times, whilst handling horses.

 

Helmets must be current AUSTRALIAN standard .3838 and must be supplied by individuals.

 

All gear used to be put away at the end of lesson/day, including brushes.

 

No jumping without qualified supervision.

 

All manure in yards and on arena to be cleaned up immediately, after lesson/ride.

 

Arena hire $15/horse/ride for non Agistee's by appointment only

 

Make up lessons only available if at least 24 hrs notice given prior to cancellation, or if Hazelwood staff need to cancel due to weather ect.

 

All Spectators enter property at own risk and non-riding children are to be actively supervised at all times.

 

Visitors are by appointment only.

 

Absolutely No Dogs permitted on the property without prior arrangement.
